  I am responsible for delivering full range of required services to MONUSCO staff in Mbandaka Antenna; provision of Administration and Logistics support following UN parameters of Financial Rules and Regulations, Staff Rules, Administrative policies, instructions and technical guidance from Mission Support Center Current Operations ANAAC Team with at least + 95% timely provision of advice and technical input in terms of providing logistics support in accordance with the operational requirements. More than 99% Coordination of day-to-day Admin/logistic support activities on behalf of the Integrated Support Services (ISS) in Mbandaka Antenna, complying with instructions, procedures of Mission Support Center and following the technical chain of command; preparing logistics reports based on accurate and up-to-date information and data received from all relevant counterparts and distribute them according to requirements; preparing short, medium and long term plan support requirements of the Antenna to identify the resource requirements and factoring additional resources for any circumstances unforeseen at the current stage but will likely arise in the foreseeable future. Also I Oversee the proper utilization of all UN Owned Equipment and assets as well as premises leased by the Mission, in conformity with UN Financial Regulations, Rules and established policies, procedures and guidelines in the Antenna with no less than 95% customers satisfaction rate.
