I have had the pleasure of associating with Jeannette Terry over the past several years in a number of capacities, and in each, I've been impressed with her perception and understanding of organizational and personal dynamics. She seems to approach relationships (individual and team) as a conductor might a symphony: each player is unique and valuable; each brings skills (that may or may not need to be improved); each has a defined role to play (or should); and the goal is to make beautiful music together! Jeannette is able to achieve this in the least artistic of settings, e.g., an oil refinery, a financial institution, a government agency, etc. Conflict resolution is her forte' -- as her poised and calming demeanor suggests -- but she measures success, not in accommodation, but in overall performance enhancement and achieving the organization's end goals. I've learned a tremendous amount from Jeannette and am honored to recommend her services.
