  As the Program Supervisor I assisted in managing the Learn-to-Skate program from the pre-registration process to resolving conflicts between instructors, parents, and students; and serving as a liaison between the program director and the patrons and instructors. I also supervised the performance of the Skate Instructors and provide training, if needed. In the event of a shortage of instructors I also provided basic to advanced group lessons to four year olds through adults. Finally, I assisted in organizing and implementing special events.
