Initially assigned to conduct in-home care for a group of Patients. Performed day-to-day personal care such as bathing, dressing, dental care, and minor therapy sessions. Performed minor housekeeping. Assigned to increasingly levels of responsibilities which included taking vitals, update Patient charts, provided details for living wills, and duties assigned to the “Enhanced Assisted Living” wing within the secure area which requires special access credentials for entry and exit.
