I have had the unique pleasure working with Jeanne for approximately one year as a fellow job developer with Forward Service Corporation. During that time, Jeanne mentored me and led the charge assisting our customers become employed and placed on work experience sites within our region.        Contacts private and public employers by phone, email, and in person to market the program, Job Center services, and individual job seekers. Visits current employer accounts, obtains contacts, and maintains a high level of rapport with the accounts. Reviews and analyzes account relationship development statistics to assist in promoting new relationships and accounts.  Responsible for developing and maintaining employer relations, community awareness and partnerships.       I was a very successful jewelry salesperson I knew how to listen and guide conversations to get customers to tap into the emotional side of jewelry ownership.
