As a trauma-informed Certified Master Coach, I help individuals to identify their values, overcome their fears, create healthy habits, and set and achieve realistic goals. Using change management skills developed through my work in Occupational Health and Safety, I help clients identify the obstacles and limited beliefs that keep them from moving forward, help them to develop a plan of action, and work with them to evaluate their progress, making any necessary adjustments along the way.
