Jeanne and I met as contractors to MCC Powers in the Chicago suburbs in 1983, and worked on several ISD projects. Later we saw each other often at ISPI Local Chapter meetings and at ISPI International Conferences. She is a smart, hard working professional, dedicated to producing measurable results. She is now a professor at St. Cloud State University. I highly recommend Jeanne!
