I specialize in selling vacation rental investment properties. I have been a consistent Top Producer in the Poconos and have closed on 4 million dollar plus homes in my career . In 2019 I completed the necessary course work and now have my RSPS designation. Resort & 2nd Home Property Specialist. As of February 2019 I am now licensed in South Carolina. I am associated with Sands Realty Group located on Farrow Parkway in the Market Common area of Myrtle Beach. I continue to live and work in the beautiful Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. I also serve as President of Camelot Forest Conservation Association and have been a BOD member for the last 13 years.
