  My goal is to walk our patients through the process of a financial screening, and determine what we can do to assist them with all of their needs. This includes, hospital bills, Dr bills, recurring expenses that might occur due to the severity of their illness, prescriptions, arranging transportation to and from appointments if needed. Scheduling Social Security Appointments, Medicaid appointments, Prescription Assistance Appointments, etc. I complete all paperwork for the patients, anything to make the transition from self pay to resourced as easy and pain free as possible. I treat all of my patients as if they were my family member. Customer Service is my number one priority. Show less
