Jeanette is a breeze to work with. She helped produce Ngee Ann Poly's e-prospectus 2016 and the Annual Report 14/15. Once, when there was slight miscommunication leading to errors in the e-prospectus drafts, I was a bit antagonistic but she calmly remedied the situation. I don't think most realise how vastly underrated it is to work with someone so cool-headed and quietly confident in completing a job efficiently and without fuss. She's also open-minded, willing to consider my design suggestions, even though it is clearly her field of expertise. I cannot recommend her enough.
