Jeanette is a gem. She recommended a true gap in our program where we were attempting to resolve complex claims involving Medicare Set Asides (MSA). Many companies either provide MSAs or provide structures, but not both. She came with a product that achieved that, with grace, confidence, and using language our staff could easily understand.
