Receptionist
• Managing and organising the front of house service including main reception area. • Establishing and managing efficient and high quality procedures, communications processes and fail safes to ensure visitors are announced, greeted and escorted correctly. • Answering all incoming telephone calls on the main number, handling calls, transferring or conveying messages accordingly and efficiently ensuring that verbal messages are recorded in duplicate in the message book. • Instigating an immediate action response by informing the Building manager whenever a maintenance request is received. • Assisting the Building manager in marketing empty suites by helping with guided tours and issuing marketing brochures to interested parties. • Leasing between tenants, clients and building management. • Ensuring that reception is manned at all times and kept clean and tidy. • Ensuring that when needed you are able to undertake a deputizing role for the Building manager which may necessitate training and experience in the routine management of site services.
