I was impressed with Jeannette's clear grasp of what needed to be done when she started this job, and her ability to organise the way to do it. She is very capable, seeing the big picture as well as the finer details. Her manner is professional and she sets high standards. It is clear that she is a great motivator and manager. She understands computer systems and got the most out of the software we provided, making a huge difference to the services offered by her Information Centre and her organisation.
