Jeanelle is the kind of person you want on your team. She is professional, dedicated to her work, friendly and always willing to lend a hand. As part of the Schlumberger marketing communications team, Jeanelle was responsible for various projects involving our project management and creative asset data storage systems. Any time I had a question for her she always went above and beyond to help. She is an asset to any team.

Jeanelle brings a positive attitude to her work and is a professional when working with her colleagues. In her former role at Schlumberger, Jeanelle was adaptable and handled each request with care and respect while working with the requestor. In addition to handling administrative tasks for the Schlumberger Marketing Communications department, she also provided superior customer service to all of our requestors while working on their inquiries or requests in her role. As an administrator in our Workfront project management system, she offered support to our users (including the team that I manage) and often helped to manage logistics of setting up projects, retrieving files, and more within our system. I was personally appreciative of her prompt responses and positive demeanor when she helped me or my teams with their requests. At times, she would also assist in reporting for our projects to ensure our team maintained their productivity and to ensure correct chargebacks once projects were completed. Jeanelle also managed our digital asset management system that held thousands of files generated by our department, from photos and videos to product sheets and case studies and much more. This database requires a deep knowledge of best practices for tagging and meta data, something that requires a high attention to detail, as the information held in our media bank will be retrieved by more than 100,000 employees. The data entered into our system must be correct, and Jeanelle was responsible for ensuring the meta data met our high standards after a colleague uploaded new assets into the system. Without these strict checks, we would encounter severe issues while trying to search for content within our system. To ensure the data was held to the highest standard, Jeanelle would regularly conduct reporting and perform analysis on the assets to ensure the creative team properly uploaded content and to confirm asset usage and archival when appropriate, thereby reducing our monthly storage costs. Overall, I would highly recommend Jeanelle, as she is a thorough, organized, and highly esteemed professional. She is truly a pleasure to work with and her positivity and skill set made her an outstanding colleague and a high-performing employee.
