  I have started my mould making journey by taking care of corrections and modifications on pre-existing tools, my respect for mould making only grew exponentially after this time. The rush to find unconventional solutions to unconventional problems always stole my interest. That is why I started taking interest in tool shop and their operations. I have had extensive training in tool shop operations such as mould repair, manual machining, EDM electrode design and 5-axis CNC programming. All of which I try my best to apply in my designs since I have been designing new tools for about 2 years now, some of these designs consist of the latest Liquid Silicone Rubber equipment and techniques, while others feature unconventional plastics like Polyketone and other plastics which have a high glass fibre percentage.
