I have the pleasure to know JB at Arkane Studios where he is my lead character artist. He is the best definition of a lead artist, with a great personalty and a great artistic eye, he can manage both the technical problems and the artistic ones, he knows exactly what to ask from the team as he has a clear and precise vision on what it needs to be done. He organized the team very well and he can manage the tension moments with tact and a friendly attitude that gives us confidence and willingness to try to do our best art for the project. He is one of the best artists I’ve ever meet and I’m really honored to know him. I’ve learned a lot from him and I think my art improved a lot just by taking feedback from him. So thank you JB for all you have done for us, and I really wish I can work with you on all the future projects.

I worked with JB on DMC and various projects for at least 1.5 year. As a lead character artist, he is extremely talented, conscientious, competent, organised and passionate which is reflected in the pure quality of his work. JB always take the initiative to explore new pipeline and techniques in order to push the quality bar to the highest standard. His smart way of working resulted in delivering excellent characters within short deadlines. JB is not only a true artist; he is also very good at technical areas for example creating materials and shaders in Unreal Engine. He has great eyes for details and his feedback had always been proven to improve the quality of work. In difficult situation, JB always cares about the feeling of other members and was always there to offer solutions. His open minded, great sense of humour and love to share personality made him a well liked, popular member in the company.
