Building complex is composed of Security building, Administration, Services, Medical Building, Prisoner’s Admitting Building, Prisoner’s Visitors building, Staff Accomodation, Wards for Male and Female Detention (total 6,000 capacity) with VIP facilities with 200% future expansion of Phase 1 faciltieis. Complete with Narration and project brief. • Emirates Aluminum (EMAL-UAE) Administrative offices and facilties. Prepared master site layout for Emirates Aluminum Company Facilities and offices. Composed of: Administration Building, Auditorium, Mosque, Medical center, Restaurant, Shops, Accomodation (3 star standards, Clubhouse, Outdoor sports including tennis, basketball and Volleyball. Located in Abu Dhabi border to Al Ain. • Tamouh Development in Al Reem Island plot RT-4, C1,C2 & C3. 4 towers in 2 plots. With the tallest being 3B+G+32 floors tower and helipad on roof top, including townhouse units. Development by TAMOUH. Direct coordination with the client requirements and MEP implementation.       • Prudential (Twin Towers) B+G+M+4P+28, Jumeirah Village, Al Kahil Road, Dubai Office tower development with retail shops on the ground floor – scope includes Review of Landscape Design from the nominated consultant, Details of finishes, MEP structure, plant schedule and conformance to susatainabilty for the podium landscape. Coordinated MEP works and structural (Whitby and Bird). Basement level have the palm district cooling pipe from the infrastructure received on the energy transfer station. Has parking spaces on basement (1 level) and 4 podiums total to almost 900 parking spaces as required in the calculation. With implementation of LEED regulations mandatory in JAFZA development. Aiming for Green Building Compliant. Central core has 8 lift shafts, half of which are express lifts going straight to open on the 13th floor and beyond. Fireman's lift is provided, as required, to open on all levels. Features a pantry on every office level, a garbage room with chute and MEP facilities. Office rentable spaces anticipated raised access flooring of 150mm high. Shell and core construction, stick system for the exterior glazing and spandrel panels as approved by façade consultant (W&B). Top podium features indoor restaurant and an outdoor juice bar. A gym, swimming pool facilities, with indoor and outdoor shower facilities. Tower 1 is a mirror image of Tower 2 on two adjacent plots. • Dubail Industrial City – Al Madina 2B+G+10, Dubai Industrial City, Emirates Road Office tower development with retail shops on the ground floor – coordinated MEP works and structural (Whitby and Bird). Typical floor utilizes half of the floor plate for residential units and half as rentable office spaces with central core and 4 lift shafts, two of which is the fireman's lift. Rentable office spaces varies from 30s.m. to 180s.m. with anticipated raised floor structure.Features a gym on the roof level with a swimming pool and landscape deck. Show less
