      Production Manager: - Issuing of batch cards on Evolution to purchase orders recieved from sales. - Process checks while batch card in production. - Ensuring all scales are used in accordance with Scale operating procedure on Emax. - Ensuring production procedure is adhered to on Emax. - Ordering PPE at best price and making sure always available. - PPE levels checked daily. - Constant supervision of factory staff. - Ensuring daily housecleaning maintained. - Ensuring all controlled process documents maintained on daily basis according to SABS standards. - Ensuring forklift checklist forms are completed daily. - Planning and organising production schedules. - Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment and machinery (mixers etc) ISO requirement. - Working closely with supervisors and maintenance staff to plan work, set targets and make sure finished products meet quality standards. - Monitoring production schedules and adjusting if problems occur. - Identify hazards in workplace and take steps to eliminate or minimize them. - Corrective action request needs to be raised on Emax for all non-conformance & environmental incidents. - Training given if needed. - Ensure all receiving procedures are followed. - Starting and checking generator is in operational order.
