May 2014 - Dec 2019
TÉLÉCON – Telecom/Division Management including P&L Center | Montreal, QC, 2014-2019 Senior Vice President – Wireline Services | 2014-2017 After Netricom Engineering acquisition, I joined the Telecon Exective committe and led Wireline Division Business Units encompassing over 200 employees for construction for all Quebec and Installation & Cabling across Canada. I have assessed and concluded strategic acquisition for the small firms AGIR Engineering and Plexus Cabling strengthening our national services expansion. Noticing the accelerated convergence of wireline and wireless networks in the industry, I have also worked & influenced my colleagues for the company repositioning through a go-to-market strategy encompassing the service offering across 3 segments: design, infrastructure, and connectivity. I have then focused my effort on developing turnkey solutions services which became the 4th segment of the Télécon Group and now supporting our accelerated growth. Senior Vice President – Turnkey Services & Infrastructure | 2017-2019 Acting as a key member for the Board’s Executive Committee, I directed and inspired a 400-staff team for the management of turnkey services projects in the deployment of fibre optic (engineering, construction, and installation), through a cross-functional team (engineering and construction) in a matrix management mode within the Project Management Office, established objectives based on operational KPIs, and implemented a governance system to track and report project progress. Spearheaded the deployment of over 325,000 houses in 3 years buried, aerial, and intra-building network solutions through a new grown-up matrix organisation. Served as the executive contact for the Bell Canada account including developing and leading our turnkey solutions end to end services. Defined/implemented a domestic fiber construction solution for the MRC of Bécancour, a pioneer in terms of private fiber networks in Quebec. Show less

Jul 1998 - Jun 2003
BELL CANADA | Montreal, QC, 1998-2010Regional Director – Strategic Program Management | 2007-2010As part of my last role at Bell Canada, I managed the Strategic Program for the deployment of FTTN networks (Fiber to the Node), including $1B+ capital investments across 5 years ($250M per year allocated to the Expansion and Growth Programs). Also, I developed collaborative relationships and key partnerships with Operations team members and established the Strategic Project Office which supported the improvement and track of project evolution, as well as their visibility for the Executive Committee. Managing an annual investment budget of $150M+ spearheaded the installation of 1,500 electronic units in the access network of Montreal and Toronto, with the Operations teams and subcontractors, to provide high-speed internet to 450,000+ new subscribers. Collaborated with Marketing to establish a 5-year deployment program which optimized ROI, including the detailed definition and communication of access measures for all the Operations teams and subcontractors. Worked alongside IT and Technology Development to introduce a higher performing technological platform. Presented progress reports to Senior Management along with insightful recommendations to drive program success. Designed and instituted a governance system with the Operations teams to ensure the program’s successful delivery. Show less
