My responsibilities include, but not limited to the following: Induction of new employees and booking of induction for our employees on site. Creating, implementing and maintenance of Fall Protection Plan and Fall Arrest Plan. Responsible for all vehicles in fleet, maintenance service and ensuring inspections are done Responsible for Control, buying and issuing of PPE at workshop and sites. Responsible for development, implementation, effective functioning of SHEQ system. Reporting to management on performance of SHEQ management system, as well as the need of any improvements to ensure effective functioning and awareness of the SHEQ management system. Perform regular reviews of the SHEQ systems and report deviations Arrange for management reviews of the SHEQ system Act as Management rep to all other employees. Control of Documents and new documents needed. Maintain and review registers and manage SHE incidents, customer complaints, corrective actions, preventive actions and product non-conformances until completion. Ensure all employees comply with all relevant legal safety requirements Communicate changes in SHEQ legislation to management and employees. Site work surveys, audits to establish root causes and control measures. Liaise with onsite contractors to ensure their compliance Identify unsafe acts, conditions, and hazards, investigate root causes and identify corrective and preventative actions and report to management. New policies, procedures and safe work procedures as required. Set key performance indicators, objectives & targets for SHEQ performance areas, measure and report adherence to these. Investigate all incidents and near miss incidents. Identifying the training and development needs required. Risk assessments of all work related aspects on site, fabrication and service divisions.
