  The Production Engineer is part of the department Production Engineering. The department Production Engineering ensures that all related matters needed to produce Mini excavators are processed as effectively and efficiently as possible. Goal Optimize, manage and maintain the production process with the goal to produce mini excavators as efficiently as possible with guaranteed quality and to limit the production costs to a minimum. RESULT AREAS Planning - Make factory instructions, work sheets, process plans and process layouts Innovation - Analyze the production process to purposefully carry through innovations on renewed technologies and lay-outs. - Initialize and implement budget specific investments Maintenance - Implement preventative maintenance activities in accordance with the available maintenance plan - Localize interruptions, fix these and/or coordinate reparation activities performed by external company. - Troubleshooting for increasing the quality of processes; doing corrective or preventative actions. - Maintenance and certificate for tools Safety - Manage and adjust ISO-procedures which are related to the Production Engineering department, according to ISO- safety and ARBO regulations, work instructions - Update safety certificates of equipment and tools Budget - Make a proposal for next years budget - Calculating and analyzing price quotations The Production Engineer has Leading Authority in Project Form. The average duration of a project is 1 year. The projects concern implementing budget specific investments. The development, implementation and execution are guided by the Production Engineer.
