Jean-Marie gave me the best management training I've had in my life. I was fortunate enough to get a Krauthammer training from JM 2 years ago. It was a perfect combination of theory and management exercices. Now I run a startup in Silicon Valley and I apply every day things I learned from JM. Here is my top 3: 1. Preparation is 95% of success. I dedicate at least 5 minutes to prepare EVERY meeting. 2. Just like the hidden part of the iceberg verbal communication is only 5% of communication. 3. To grab everyone's attention when public speaking start with an initial silcence and a smile. Shortly after this training, I went on to create my startup in Silicon Valley and won the Startup of the year award in San Francisco thanks to your advice Jean-Marie. Thank you for everything ! This training was life-changing to me.
