He has witnessed Takeda’s rapid transformation into a patient-focused, specialty care organization, and credits this shift with returning Takeda Germany onto a trajectory of double-digit growth.Before he took over the position as Head of Central South East Europe, where he was also also driving the integration of Shire into Takeda in CSEE and double digit growth, he became Head of Nordics and Baltics in 2016/17 driving innovation and great impact for patients, providers and people.
