I worked with Jean Luc during his time in South Sudan. What I remember most about Mr. Dushime during our time working with him as colleagues was his passion, empathy and smile. Jean Luc knows his stuff and has the knack to offer his knowledge to anyone, even those who are illiterate (as in the case of many in South Sudan). If I had the opportunity, I would definitely hire him.
