  implementation of a production facility in the netherland (Venlo), in relationship with the R&D department form OCé the first aim was to devellopt the assembly process as well as the work instruction. Then with this data I desing the production requirements in term of footage, hardware and people.Then after hiring the operators the lean production line was design, the operators trained and the baU implemented.To finsh I had to implement the ISO9000 Standard on site.
