  I was hired to design and maintain the parts catalog database. This database compiled the pricing information from 250 manufactures and housed over 200,000 individual products. I automated the import of data files such as vendor price lists through excel. I attached it to their new online quoting tool Connectwise, along with designing the data model for Connectwise Sell integration with our new SAP system. My responsibilities also included creating reports for the purchasing department, and function as the go to Excel expert. I also was responsible for training buyers to perform basic reporting functions.   I was a member of a team that handles the monitoring and tracking of daily operations of a fleet of over 900 ATMs. Daily activities include logging, tracking, and troubleshooting all service calls opened to fix ATMs. I was also responsible for tracking and ensuring that the department remains within budget by logging and approving invoices from multiple vendors as well as managing the amount of bandwidth the fleet uses on a monthly basis.
