Managing project plans, schedules, developing effective milestone structures for the final year of the WW project. Milestone quarterly reports and final WW annual report submitted to DFID on schedule and to a high standard. IRC were awarded A+ by DFID in the annual review of the final year of WW.• Research / policy: Providing a high level of technical support on WW research and policy products,supporting consortium members and research teams to deliver high quality content and products onschedule. Research and policy reports included: Violence Against Adolescent Girls: Trends and Lessons for East Africa; Cash Transfers in Raqqa Governorate, Syria; What works to Prevent Violence Against Women and Girls in Conflict and Humanitarian crisis: Synthesis Brief including co-author of peer review journal article Blackwell, Casey et al. “Women’s status and qualitative perceptions of a cash assistance programme in Raqqa Governorate, Syria”.• Research dissemination and uptake: Led successful high-profile panel launch of the Syria Cash Transfer research report and policy briefing in London, attended by key stakeholders, INGOs and humanitarian networks with wide communications uptake. Coordination of the APPG on Women, Peace and Security: “Life in Limbo – adolescent girls in crisis and conflict panel discussion on the needs and rights of adolescent girls in emergencies in June 2019.• In country research uptake: Coordination of a final phase of What Works Data-to-Action workshop held in Juba, on the South Sudan “No Safe Spaces” research report. Supported workshop led by George Washington Institute in collaboration with Raising Voice, Care South Sudan and IRC and delivery of final product: Research to Action Toolkit: VAWG in Conflict and Humanitarian Settings.

• Lead Research Manager and project delivery of 5 of Plan’s global flagship “State of the World’s Girls” Report series including: 2013 “Adolescent Girls in Emergencies”; 2014 “Pathways to Power”, 2015 “The Unfinished Business of Girls’ Rights”; and 2016 “Counting the Invisible in the SDG Context”. All global reports translated into 4 languages and disseminated globally with wide global advocacy and media impact. • Designed, implemented and analysed an in-depth mixed methods 3 country study on perceptions and attitudes on GBV, early marriage, early pregnancy, SRHR, value of education, household chores and care, aspirations, challenges and opportunities in the SGD context applying an intersectionality approach.• Training and capacity building of young women researcher assistants, supporting and overseeing teams of local young women Research Assistant carry out field research and contribute to in country analysis. • Co-designed, analysed and managed a representative mixed methods survey of 4,000 young women's perceptions and attitudes on gender-based violence, household chores, school related violence, early pregnancy and early marriage, including survey design support, quality checking and analysis of data.• Strategically developed the cohort longitudinal research “Real Choices, Real Lives” project, developing participative and innovative girl focused methodologies, producing content for journal abstracts and academic publications, and presenting at international conferences. • Developed evidence-based learning reports and conducted action-based workshops harnessing longitudinal evidence to strengthen gender programming, policy and fundraising work streams. Provided gender and research training to country offices.• Building relationships and identifying key strategic partners with research institutions, universities, INGOs, UN agencies and other key stakeholders such as DFID, ODI to raise the profile and influence of the Girls Report and cohort study.

Social Edutainment: Developing the research strategy and generating thematic episode content for the production of TV programme “Contra el Corriente” (Against the Tide) tackling power relations and harmful gender norms through social edutainment. Delivering weekly content technical workshop to young Central American script writers and actors on themes such as: gender-based violence, economic and labour rights. The social edutainment aired in Nicaragua, El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala and Dominic Republic.Social Communications Strategy: Conducted and led a participatory evaluation of Puntos de Encuentro’s social communications strategy “Somos Diferente, Somos Iguales”” with 150 Central American youth community activists on themes including: empowerment, leadership, access & control to economic resources – to strengthen and inform Puntos de Encuentro’s work with young community activists across Central America.Research: design and delivery of qualitative study “The realities of young Central American women: experiences of leadership, empowerment and access and control of economic resources”, with a sample of 120 participants, generating evidence to inform programming, advocacy, grant applications and strategic planning.
