Jean worked in a training role with us in Leeds for 2 years, during which time he had to learn the practicalities of being a responsible physicist in the full range of areas in both diagnostic and therapeutic Nuclear Medicine. He proved to be be very able to grasp the wide variety of new knowlege & skills which were demanded of him in a short period of time, with not only intelligence, hardworking adaptability & professionalism, but good grace & humour which made it a pleasure to work with him. I expect Jean will do very well wherever he chooses to work & any department would benefit in employing him. I wish he could stay with us in Leeds, but Malta only loaned him to us!
