Of course,knowing Jean Baptiste as trainer in Economics of Education, I do say to everyone that Jean Baptiste is a hardworker who has a very wide experience which run out of the domain we were studying last May 2010 at the World Bank Institute (Washington DC, USA). Indeed, I'm not surprised to discover his capacity to adress environment matters because during the training, all my questions related to education issues in the Congo basin context were accordingly solved. Besides, his fluency both in english and french is an important asset to his high capacity to integrate international organizations such as The World Bank or any others. So, by his qualitative work, be secure to have Jean Baptiste in your steering group!
