After Nu Skin acquired Grōv, my role and responsibilities expanded as a co-founder and leader of all things digital, brand, and marketing while collaborating on B2B sales strategy. O.U.R.'s mission is to rescue kidnapped children from sex slavery. I was responsible for leading the creation of O.U.R.'s brand, website, and online marketing strategy, starting from the very beginning when the founder, Tim Ballard, was still just entertaining the idea of leaving the CIA to start a charity. These efforts directly resulted in over $5 million in donations in the first official year of the organization's operations. My efforts also increased conversion rates of online donations by over 100% and increased per-donor donation amounts by over 100%. I also led the creation and ongoing management of the "Become an Abolitionist" monthly giving program which grew from $0 to over $75,000 per month of recurring donations within 12 months of launch. I also led the conceptualization, design, and implementation of multiple marketing campaigns, each of which produced a positive ROI, in most cases in excess of 100%. O.U.R.'s powerful brand has also been sought after for co-branding campaigns and corporate sponsorships with companies including Cross Fit, Skullcandy, Marriott, Oakley, Apple, World Tennis Organization, Hylete, The Blaze, Rhone, Megaplex Theaters, and many more.
