Jim and I started ZipTax together in 2012 and were able to grow the company to a very respectable level in the first 12 months. The primary reason for this, I believe, is because Jim was laser focused on building an interchangeable system built for growth. He is hands down one of the best foundation builders I know. His entrepreneurial experience (and there's been a lot, trust me) taught me more in a few years than most can learn in a lifetime.
