  Currently working as a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist in a private clinic. My role is to ensure clients are educated with accurate diagnosis and are provided with high quality care and guidance with their rehab.My current knowledge and experience enables me to modify symptoms, prescribe appropriate rehab exercises. Fore more advanced clients, I can also provide guidance in periodization in regards to sports, strength and conditioning (also happy to work with other colleagues and coaches).I also have a wide range of manual therapy which include massage therapy, passive stretching, neural dynamics, trigger point. I am also a certified dry-needling therapist. I also have experience in strapping.As a Physiotherapist, I value creating a fun and safe environment for my patients to share their experiences in their injury and pain. I love to explore their strengths and weaknesses in order to create a meaningful plan for their short and long term goals. As a growing practitioner, I have grown interest in the neck, shoulder, elbow and hands. I continue to explore and challenge myself in this field and hope to one day specialise as an upper limb therapist.
