I had the great pleasure and privilege of working with Josh Grai over a 4 year period at Brainshark. Josh is, hands down, one of the most talented graphic designers I've had the pleasure of working with. He has the strong ability to take a customer's vision, communicated verbally, and translate it into a truly creative visual design. It can be very difficult to attempt to take what someone is trying to convey verbally and turn it into a work of art, but with Josh's ability to listen, repeat back what he's heard, and understand what our customers wanted to see, he always made the process seem incredibly natural and easy. Josh wasn't afraid to explain why a design might not work, but he was always prepared with new recommendations and careful to stay within the realm of what the customer wanted. He is someone who made my job, as his Project Manager, much easier.
