  P&L level responsibility and led all functions of a $50M, 120-person specialty medical component manufacturing operation, including Operations, Engineering, Technology, EHS, Quality, Sales & Marketing, as well as on-site Finance & Human Resources support. Secured $30M of capital deployed on expanding the facility and purchasing equipment for additional capacity and capabilities such as pressing, sintering, forging of rare earth metals; high tolerance machining and grinding; EDM; friction welding; and quality control. Utilized Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Employee Involvement which doubled revenue, improved market share by 30 points, improved margins by 10 points, reduced OSHA recordable injuries from 3 per year to 0, reduced customer return rate by 50%, reduced lead times by 90% which resulted in customer fulfillment rates of 99%+, improved inventory turns from 3 to 12 which freed up $8M of cash, and drove double digit productivity for 4 consecutive years in a Union environment. The facility achieved a 50% reduction in OSHA recordable injuries, 30% improvement in quality scores, 20% improvement in on-time deliveries, and 10% productivity ($7M) while restructuring / resizing the work force to better align with sales.

  Developed and led the Six Sigma culture at two manufacturing facilities by training, mentoring, and certifying over 50 Green Belts, who completed 75 projects generating $10M in cost savings. Project Manager for 4 Black Belt projects that added $5M of margin annually by reducing material and labor cost through improved process efficiencies.
