I had the pleasure to work with James at DISH Network. James is an incredibly talented facilitator. He feels the needs of the participants and changes information and presentation style based on those needs. In addition, he brings a solid background in Organization Development to build and develop strong programs. James would be an asset on any team.

I had the pleasure of working with James at DISH Network. As a facilitator James is amazing. He gets groups engaged and interested in the topic he is training and his energy is contagious. He loves what he does and it shines through every day. James always made an effort to learn more about the different parts of DISH Network so that he coudl better relate to his attendees. It seemed to me that he viewed his training classes as not only him training the attendees but them training him as well. I wish we could have had James on board here longer because he was a breath of fresh air.
