  Twelve young emerging curators from China and Germany staged a joint exhibition following the traces of "Utopia". Inspired by their research on the contemporary curatorial practice at the documenta 14 in Kassel and Skulptur Projekte in Münster the team explores utopian thinking in matters of space and time by means of visual arts, installations, performances and interventions in the outdoor and indoor space.​The two-part exhibition was presented at Starke Foundation in Berlin-Grunewald as well as at Zentrum für Kunst und Öffentlichen Raum in Schlosspark Biesdorf.   The Research Group "Urban Development and Creative Economy" of the Institute for Arts and Media Administration (IKM) of the Freie Universität Berlin discusses the creative use of public spaces in Berlin. Based on the contemporary debates about culture, society and urban politics, the IKM developed a concept for the use and management of the abandoned amusement park "Spreepark Berlin". The concept of a Culture Park is the cornerstone of the cooperation between the IKM and Grün Berlin GmbH, wehere the Insitute has assummed the role of Scientific Advisor for the development of the newly acquired park. • "Kunstherbst für Kids Berlin 2016" - Project Coordination

  Arts Festival for Kids in Berlin. Throughout four days 270 students from eight schools in Berlin and Potsdam visited the German History Museum to participate in workshops lead by artists in the exhibition spaces of the museum. Beyond producing a total of 190 art pieces, the kids visited galleries, ateliers, and exhibition spaces of the city during the Art Tours.
