-Report directly to Executive Vice President and work cross-functionally to build world-class, customer-focused brand and communications -Manage all external relations, building brand affinity through strategic communications and outreach opportunities with 45 franchise cities and 24 counties -Partner closely with marketing leaders, corporate communications, practice leadership, people management, executive team, and all areas of the business to drive brand and communications alignment -Lead executive communications, including CEO reports for Board of Directors, executive presentations, and talking points -Direct team of external relations and communications professionals to realize brand vision, drive business goals, and increase customer satisfaction -Execute market research and satisfaction surveys, reporting recommendations to executive team and Board of Directors -Direct internal and external communications programs to increase employee and customer engagement, aligning with brand and executive goals -Oversee all corporate social responsibility initiatives, including charitable giving, employee volunteering, and community sponsorship opportunities to grow brand visibility -Drive annual brand and communications production calendar, including quarterly reporting -Manage business unit's CEO goals and KPIs -Organize large-scale company and community events, including employee appreciation events (900+ guests) and annual meetings (500+ guests) -Serve as communications officer during natural disasters and emergency operations (Winter Storm Uri and Winter Storm Mara)
