John was one of the primary go-to guys for advanced Linux support. He wrote automation scripts for our department that made management of the thousands of servers we had much easier. I also worked with him on the initial deployment of the Red Hat Satellite server that was used for patching the servers. John did a fantastic job coordinating with the Red Hat engineers and getting the environment up and running.
