There is nothing I can write in this endorsement that could summarize the positive impact Jonathan truly has had on me an my colleagues. I have been in Large Enterprise Sales for over 20 years with 10 at Lumen and Jonathan Cloer has impacted the success of my client's and my team as much as anyone I've worked with over the years. My customer's rave about his attitude, attention to detail, and follow-up skills along with a tremendous empathy for their goals and operational success. What my customer's don't see is all the work behind the scenes and the internal relationship development strength Jonathan utilizes every day to "Get Stuff Done!" It takes a special ability to be able to work with so many departments and personalities and he does it with ease and is able to communicate in such a clear manner the tasks that each team member has to execute on. Jonathan is super sharp! He is definitely an "outside the box" thinker and understands how to maneuver within our CRM and Marketing/Sales systems to the level of literally "coaching" others constantly to make their day easier and more efficient. When Jonathan doesn't know the answer immediately he researches, learns, and educates us through the process to success. He is a an excellent listener above all. I can tell you as a Salesperson Jonathan creates time and money with his skill-sets. He is an example of what multi-departmental collaboration should be in my opinion. I am grateful everyday to have him on my team and that is repeated by everyone I've talked with in the organization. To cap it off he is an even better human being!! Let me start by saying this: If I was starting a sales team, and I could afford him: Jonathan would be my first call. Jonathan cares deeply about his clients. This sets him apart from most other salespeople who seem to be more concerned with making a sale than they are with actually helping their clients. Jonathan's integrity and ability to build a relationship with long-term goals in mind truly sets him apart. He is always looking out for what is in the best interest of his clients. He does this while maintaining both his own, and his Company's integrity. If his solution won't work or won't perform to expectation, he won't sell it. Conversely, he is very creative and able to come up with out of the box ways to solve problems that don't immediately look related. His consistency and attention to detail has resulted in him always being well ahead of whatever goals or metrics he is measured by. If you want a team player who will put your clients first and build the esteem of your company - hire Jonathan. I would work with him again without any hesitation and highly recommend him.
