  I direct and control administrative projects and functional responsibilities for the Town of Norwood, a community of 30,000 residents located fifteen miles southwest of Boston. In addition to typical general government functions, the town owns and operates the Norwood Memorial Airport and the Light & Broadband utility.As part of my role, I also manage peer roundtables for area Town Administrators and their staff, scheduling monthly in-person meetings and overseeing an online listserv. Additionally, I serve as the administrator for the Historical Commission, a seven-member board appointed by the General (Town) Manager, charged with preserving and protecting assets of significant history.Recent accomplishments include:★ Successfully spearheaded the launch of AccessE11, a cutting-edge online platform, enhancing accessibility and efficiency in accessing government services and information for residents, contractors, and stakeholders.★ Strategize development for a streamlined payroll processing system, resulting in improved accuracy, efficiency, and compliance while effectively addressing complex payroll-related issues and ensuring timely and error-free payroll disbursements for employees.★ Collaborate with department heads to formulate the FY'24 comprehensive five-year capital improvement plan, aligning organizational goals with budgetary considerations and community needs.
