Any organization would be fortunate to have Joanne on their team. We worked together on a number of company-wide projects, including leadership programs and cultural initiatives over the course of 10+ years. The success and sustainability of these projects depended greatly on Joanne's ability to project manage and keep leaders (up and down the organization) moving forward toward one end goal. Based on her organizational skills AND her ability to genuinely connect with everyone she worked with, Joanne was able to accomplish all she was responsible for. Joanne and I worked together my entire Archstone career. She was a key part of what I consider to be the best training department in the multi family industry. In her role, Joanne was responsible for creating much of the training curriculum used by the company. Additionally, she acted as the project manager for most of our training programs. Joanne is very organized and produces very high quality work. She is also a dedicated associate and one of those people everyone likes to have as part of their team. I would gladly work with Joanne again.
