I worked with Joe at Bandwidth.com, and I can't help but recommend him. Joe worked his way up at Bandwidth and earned the respect and die-hard loyalty not only of those that worked for him, but those that worked with him like myself from other groups. Joe is not only a real team-player, but a hard worker, and someone you would not only want working for you, but would want to work for. I remember one day at work, Joe made breakfast (waffles) for his Operations team all morning. I'll never forget that day, not only because the waffles were great (he made them with muffin mix, which he said he also did for his kids at home), but because Joe was serving his team and his company and earned their respect. Joe to me is about the best manager I've ever known because of this, and is an inspiration to me whenever I think of my responsibility to others.

Joe Campbell has proven to be one of the most trusted business partners internally I have worked with. His work ethic and operational effectiveness is exceptional. Joe was responsible for building every aspect of our operations group for a VoIP and Data service provider. That included building all standard operation procedures, various support teams, process flows, systems and tools. He also has proven valuable in daily customer interactions requiring his help. Joe would be a valued member of any companies management team.
