    • Executive Secretary
      • Feb 2007 - Mar 2012

Voluntary work (persons with disability) As Executive Secretary I lead a committee of 9 people. It was my responsibility to delegate and monitor. This happened on several occasions since when I took over as Executive Secretary this group was only in the beginning stages without even owning premises. By delegating proper tasks the group strengthened its roots and nowadays its one of the biggest local organizations. When I took over as Executive Secretary, this NGO had a balance of only a couple of hundred € and owned nothing, not even a computer, the targets of this group were only considered as dreams. We started projecting how to increase our capital and yearly prepare a budget, our main target was to get a premises to serve as a day care centre and increase the balance in our bank account. When I left the group, it was left with its own premises, a strong budget, a good structure and a good plan for the future. Show less
