Myton Utah currently I have the obligation of reviewing and optimizing, if possible, the Chemistry selection and execution of the several Chemical vendors working for Newfield in this area. I overlook the production applications of such chemistry's and work closely with our vendors to drive our operating costs down in a fact and data driven effort. We have put into play certain KPI's that we review monthly to verify success or failures and improve where needed. I really became interested in learning more and took every opportunity to do just that, whether is was trainings, promotions, etc. I learned how to bottle test and eliminate chemistries whether due to compatibility issues or performance driven issues, I had amazing mentors and grew to love the competitive nature of this career path and grew to really enjoy the working and personal relationships gained in these positions. While employed at Baker Hughes, I had the privilege of being in several different positions which taught me a great deal such as: Delivery Driver Service Field Tech HS&E/Trainer Account Manager Sr account manager- I had several different accounts I was looking after to verify chemistry selection and execution. I have been heavily involved in putting on trainings for customers for their learning and understanding of challenging issues within the oil and gas industry such as the following: Scale - How and where does it form?
