I've had the pleasure of working with Jessica on several occasions. First, many years ago when my previous employer paired us together in a re-integration program for new parents returning from leave. This was my first experience with executive coaching and while I was skeptical to the benefits at first, I immediately connected with Jessica. Her candor and insights were invaluable. Several years later as I prepare to take a big step in advancing my career I contacted Jessica to join her executive coaching program at the Sparks Group. The connection once again was instant and meaningful. She's real, she's honest and she's good at what she does!
