As CMO/Marketing Director I was in charge of a 25-persons team responsible for Campaign Design and Creatives, Branding, Performance Marketing, CRM, SEO, Social Media Strategy, Public Relations and Visual Merchandising. My main achievements were: - Increased website revenue by +30% YoY and improved marketing costs (ROAS) by +15% YoY, from 2017 to 2021; - Responsible for the marketing efforts that led to 2 IPOs in 3 years (2018 and 2022); - Led the development of an e-commerce app featuring AR and image search that converted 2x better than Mobly's website, and 4x better than the previous app; - Built and directed Mobly’s first Visual Merchandising team, which was responsible for launching the brand's first 5 stores; - Oversaw the creation and deployment of the Mobly's first TV ads. Also implemented a methodology for measuring campaign ROI in partnership with TV Globo (Brazil's most prominent television network); - Implemented an agile management structure that increased the productivity of the marketing department by 30%.
