      At ASC, we provide vehicle protection plans and other auto dealer based products to thousands of dealers nationwide. We strive for customer satisfaction; meaning, taking quality care of not only the direct purchaser of contracts we provide, but each and every one of our dealers as well. As a Territory Manager, my job entails the following: Prospecting, qualifying, and obtaining new client dealerships. Analyizing those dealers' current operations and providing them with affordable alternatives and/or solutions to their Warranty/dealer products needs. Providing each dealer with the supplies and resources to sell our products. Building business to business relationships with not only our direct dealers, but with partner finance companies, repair facilities, auto auctions, marketing organizations, banks, floor plan companies, etc... Resolving claims issues. (Making sure our dealers are satisfied with how each claim is handled within our home office.) The scope of a dealer's needs varies, and in turn, so do our responsibilities and tasks. We are a DEALER ORIENTED company and pride ourselves on building, maintaining, and sustaining our business to business relationships year after year. I cannot stress enough, that given the opportunity to work with any auto dealership, that dealership will recieve my utmost attention, support, drive to succeed together, accessibility, and knowledge of the industry.
