Anti-Corruption Investigations and MDB Sanctions Proceedings: Conduct of international investigations into allegations of corruption, cartel operation and procurement fraud on international development projects funded by multilateral development banks. Assisting companies and individuals under investigation or facing Sanctions Proceedings at the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, African Development Bank and other multilateral development banks. Missions as an independent investigator to conduct internal investigations into allegations of corruption, etc. and staff misconduct within international organisations and private companies. Representation of individuals and companies during investigations and before sanctions panels in contested sanctions cases. Negotiation and implementation of terms of negotiated settlements and non-debarment disposals such as disclosure agreements with MDBs. 2. Integrity and Compliance: Advice on and redesign of corporate Integrity Compliance Programmes. Available for anti-debarment /corruption awareness training. 3. International Administrative Law: Available to represent international organisations in relation to employment disputes (challenging both individual and regulatory decisions). Representation in mediation, alternative dispute resolution, fact-finding panels and international administrative tribunals.
