As a Retail Sales Associate in the Mahinalni Art Gallery/Ukulele Experience, I learned to train myself to be more effective in customer service and productivity. In sales communication, one of our student lead helps and teaches me to sell ukuleles. I had one experience in which we sold the $6,500 Hawaiian-made ukulele. The customer was satisfied with the correct information we told him about the product we sold.
