I have had the privilege of knowing Jazeel for over a decade and have been connected with him as a part of several networks and circles where I have had the opportunity to work with him in different organizations, projects and events at various capacities. Over the years, he has consistently been the most organized person I have ever worked with. Jazeel was always someone who can be entrusted with a responsibility and rest assured he delivers beyond expectations without the need for any follow-ups. Further, Jazeel is both an excellent leader and a team player with a lot of mutual respect for fellow teammates. He was always someone who had a good understanding of everyone's strengths in a team and knew exactly how to bring out the best of everyone at the right time. His networking skills is yet another competency that has always worked in his favour as he is quick to make new friends and is well connected to several circles of friends who are now professionals and is capable of getting things done with just a few phone calls. Jazeel being a strong people person, I would highly recommend him for any responsibility that involves managing client relationship as well a leading a team that delivers beyond expectations.
